It's Tuesday - the dreaded most common day for layoffs - and everything seems calm.
I guess it's still early, but there is no indication so far that today will be the day either.

Friday is the most common layoff date to let people cool down over the weekend.

My God OP, how many times do we have to say the 18th for you to remember? By the way, the 18th was a soft date. It could be tomorrow, Thursday or Friday.
