This wasn’t a CIC event, so those rules don’t apply. By law, employers have to pay for accrued time off, so, technically, that’s not part of the severance package. Accrued time off gets paid for voluntary terminations, too.

Unused vac is paid along with the last paycheck. So you wont see it in your severance doc.
Go/transition will give you the info that you are looking for. They have the severance packages listed, as well as a Q&A section.
The CIC page says we get reimbursed for unused vacation. But my severance agreement did not include that. Is this the same for everyone?
At any rate ... I'm in the process of inquiring if this was a mistake. I believe that legally they cannot take away your earned vacation.
Also I have a "lump sum for health coverage (gross)" ... not sure what that means.
Same with the exception that you loose your RSUs
With cic they would have vested immediately
