How do you see this info? I would love to know for other seritage stores.
We are a Seritage Sears store here in California that is considered profitable and yes, we found out our Sears store was put on a one year lease in February of this year.
A lot of the Seritage stores were put on one year leases in January and February of this year according to a commercial real estate broker.
