Please report abuse to USCIS. It is illegal to employ OPT students through third party staffing agencies. Verizon is violating the laws and laying off US citizens

They are most likely employed by a third party. Verizon has no immigration exposure here so nothing will happen.
OP - Fill out the FAR survey accordingly instead of whining about it on an anonymous board.
