It’s even worse in NDC. We claim we are helping BDC with EqualLogic, we claim we are helping MDC with Compellent, we claim we are helping Hopkinton with Cyclone.
My manager and useless team lead used to ask me, are you helping others in the team. I always wonder why ? I hate the word help.
We created an illusion and make fun of company by working from home, taking 2 hours of lunch break, summer hours on Friday through out the year, walk around the building. All we do is steal Michael Dell money.

They are way too political and way too protected.
One started as a QA and became manager, one came to interview and said he know EqualLogic co-founder (which is a lie and got the job), one came to interview and said she is friend of managers friend and got the job.
They have zero technical knowledge but very high survival skills, they control project/program managers, HR’s, directors and VP’s. It’s a shame on company not them.
Seriously who can take action on them despite of all HR, Ethics cases on them NDC, MDC, Hop, Round Rock. They are untouchables and they are minting money with free paychecks.
So; I guess NDC (System Test) should be closed because; ahhh; just because - I guess?
