"Hang in there you'll be rewarded". That is what 33,000 folks are saying today. While 29,000 are still working at WFT and coming to the realization just how f* they are.
WFT has some of the smartest dumb folks in the industry at this point. Keep bleeding red team, it's going to pay.
One request for those that are still there, if you are staying and taking one for the team and hanging in there and all, stop complaining about everything (managers, C-Suite, bonus, merit raise, new hires, work in general). You made that bed, enjoy it now.
Been hearing about this ship for how many years? Still floating and will be for quite some time. Hang in there and you all will be awarded. The future is looking better and better everyday.

Don't mind getting no raise at all. Just need to stop selling b---s--- for gold and talk about it around every corner. This at least looks pathetic.
You need to consider what’s best for the company as you refuse to leave a sinking ship, you should at least want it to stay afloat as long as possible so you can continue getting that check.
Come on, be a team player.
We had guys getting less than a dollar a month and we also had guys getting pay cuts instead... Ridiculous
