My manager s---s, reps are trying to transfer out but are told no, that we need to support him, DM is just as bad as manager, uses analogies every other sentence, they finally came to senses and eliminated the most pointless position ever the "floating Mgr" aka we never work except when director in market. Some of my colleagues are talking union but probably just smoke, but this is Nor Cal so wouldn’t surprise me if it happened due to the HR Dept here absolutely being the worst!
