Waste of time, come on guys, do you really think Mollenkopf will take or answer any "real" questions? Of course not. There might be a couple of softballs if submitted beforehand but nothing hard submitted anonymously or beforehand will be answered. We all know NXP is dead. When will leadership admit it so we can get on with strategizing the next thing? With new management of course because current one has to GO! And I mean get kicked out with a footprint on their a--!!!

Did you guys notice the all hands is only for one hour. It's usually for 1.5 hours. He will waste the time with usual BS about what direction company is heading in the long term. He will have 15 mins for 2-3 questions and thats it. All BS tactics.

- Short term goal for next 3 months.
( Also, what goals he has on his performance from BOD. This will reveal the quality of the BOD. Is he on any performance watch, of what ever you guys call it.)
