Store Morale?

How are things going at your store. Ours never improved after the Feb. 2017 massacre. BUT "ask for all sevens ALL THE TIME"! Yeah, we're soooooooo pumped!

just check out all of the LinkedIn posts from Lowe's Human Resources. they make it look like everything it all peaches and cream and nothing is at all wrong with store morale.

We have a store full of bitter, angry, depressed workers. What's funny is watching what the company has done to itself... employees tossing stacks of unused labels into a box to be tossed into the baler, not writing down store use items, turning their head when someone is shoplifting.... these little things add up but when your employees stop caring they'll do the little things each day as their own jabs at the company they feel has wronged them.

Milan, Tn , it horrible. Store manager arrogant walk around like she the president or "something". Employees are in depression of their spirit!! Let us pump each other up and be more positive, that should come from management!! People who can't see beyond themselves are their own downfall!

Mine would sit in office after 3 dings and page over the loudspeaker saying code 3 ____ Like hearing it 3 times didn't matter. you think your a-- paging is going to make a difference?? Hahah I walked the other way if he did that when I was there.

As a,shopper, observer and past employee I see cool I many unhappy employees, they just look plain ole depressed!!!

My store is the same way. One associate per department on a busy Saturday, employees can’t get meals due to lack over coverage, management hides in offices to emerge at the end of the night to collect the days proceeds and let the exhausted bonus reducers out the door

Employees are depressed, some ASMs are also depressed, payroll hours are being cut through the bone. Constant call buttons going off so what does our SM do, add more call buttons like the village idiot.

customer's are constantly pissed off that they can't find out and simply don't understand. Associated are stressed out being forced to cover 2, 3, or more departments due to lack of associates.

it's a joke.
