He isnt going to turn around and sell them. He is going to license them to other businesses and collect licensing fees. Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, Walmart etc. Anyone and everyone who wants to sell Kenmore or use Home Services. He might even sell Home Services Franchises. Seems like the Hometown franchises get the shaft.
Apply with Home Services, then you can keep working for Sears. Home Services is hiring in some areas.

Do you know why Eddie is buying up these 3? They are the remaining items of value! He’s removing them so he can dump the rest of Sears/Kmart. Then he’s going to turn around and sell Kemore, Partsdirect and Home Services at an even higher profit.
