Anyone one thinks the SEC lurks here is deluded.
@wli is right. You can name or post initials of someone who is already a public figure (C-suits), but not others (i.e. someone in lower management). You cannot throw a personal insult towards anyone, regardless of their position.
I think that a couple of posts were deleted when someone put in initials of people lower down the management chain. I suspect they don't want that done.
There were no 4 letter words and no real names, just FL initials, must be oracle legal desperately trying to keep a lid on cloud fraud
The problem is people are airing how pissed they are at Oracle here. You need to stick to topics that have to do with layoffs. You go into a rage and call the execs every four letter word in the book and this is what is going to happen.
