Sears will remain. Kmart will be a memory. Liquidation will start by the third quarter. It has already began. Warehouses being emptied of all products affiliated with Kmart. Once emptied the process will begin. I remain with Sears and feel bad for all the Kmart associates but they decided to go down with the ship.They will be fine but is sad how a once a icon will be no more.
