CEO lacks ability to make decisions

Exhibits no leadership. I hear EVERY decision is made by others or by consensus.

Funny. Accenture rents facilitators by the hour.

Figure it out yet? If you can't or won't make a single decision what is your value? CEO and facilitator are two entirely different caliber of employees.

You're right. Your leader SM is doing so good ruining the company and destroying jobs. Why do we need SM? Using your logic we can just use an app to poll employees and make the decisions. You will soon be "facilitated" out of a job.

@slk Listen closely. Take your medieval leadership ideas to India where they belong. Leadership doesn‘t mean that you make the decisions but that you facilitate them. The only people who in the year 2018 still believe that one single person can be the smartest person on all relevant topics are fascists.

Perhaps you feel you need a „leader“ to make decisions for you because you realize you are too stupid to make them yourself? At least that is correct.

Listen closely. As a leader you MUST possess the knowledge and skills to take a direction that others don't see. If others are making the decisions what do we need SM for, a pretty picture?

Leadership for you means decisions are made by one guy by himself?

Wow, please build a time machine and go back to the 1960s. That‘s where you belong. Or alternatively, go to India.
