Proximity Fire question

I have a quick question for Proximity Fire Claims - Did your TM or SM get a job offer for the position they are currently in? Neither my TM or SM got job offers for their current positions. It was interesting because they both are experienced, and both have tried to fight for us in the past to point out how and why some of the metrics are wrong. There were two TM positions locally and my TM was the only local competing. Other TMs moved or took the involuntary, and yet my TM didn't get a local offer.

Seems to send a clear message to me, or am I reading too much into this???

Yes, lots of Fire Proximity CS positions on myBlock (and Monster). Same thing that happened with SM’s happened with TM’s and CS’s...way more than expected opted out!!!!

You were talking about the metrics. CAPS knows the metrics numbers are wrong, but don't know what to do about it or how to fix it.

why the 50 CSP jobs listed within MyBlock today? Any thoughts on what's going on?

Not quiet related but strange. I know a TM who opted in and then took a different position within the company. They received an offer even though they had already accepted the other position. This directly impacted another TM in the area. WTF?

my TM was offered an auto claim rep job in a different state. Personally, I feel we've had way too many dead weight TMs for years. What are your thoughts?

No , you’re correct. They’re sending a message and it’s Enterprise wide. The preference forms are only there to make the employee “think” they have some input when they have no say so. The goal is to rid SF of anyone and everyone that knew “old logo” State Farm. Clear and simple.
