Resignation after Webletter

Hello, I've got the webletter effective from 28th April. If I resign on 29th April, will I get the increased salary on last day and gratuity as per increased salary? Policy docs don't mention anything on it.

Are you resigning are being LR'd? If you're resigning, then you're getting 1 day of the higher salary. If you're being LR'd, then the severance will be at the new higher rate.

The Webletter is a common artifact of the People Deal.

One thing you CAN say about Cisco is that they follow their own rules and won't try and cheat you out of what you are supposed to get. You will get bonus and salary applicable on your last day of service. Myself, I calculated my resignation so that I finished work on the day after the bonus eligibility date. They paid me in full and on time.
