No, my manager hasn't said a peep and I have only viewed it but I will not e-sign it. It says that I have until June 2 to electronically sign it.
Did you have the review with your manager before you accessed the review on insite? Nice to know raises are still being given.
Mine is visible...96% total score including 3.5 bonus points for our store's balanced scorecard. I just started working there last March. I guess that I'll see maybe a quarter raise.
Hourly Associates will be getting raises like they always been getting based on their performance. The incentive is different
I called my store's HR rep. She said my department manager has to do the review with me, in person, before I could sign off on it on insite. Unsure why the system tells us we can review it, when in fact we can't! Guessing no raise, just the incentive if store makes goal requirements.
I had a problem logging in. It was spinning and spinning. Finally I clicked on view your annual stores performance lol !!! Joke it threw me out. I’m telling you at least 6 times I’d tried . It’s the system and let’s hope there working on fixing it. Good luck.
