Business manager told me end of 2nd quarter.
Does anyone know if any enhancement offers will be offered to reps again like in 2017? Union claimed there would be two more pakgs before contract and 2018 is hoig and nothing.
Offer received by NOC Technicians. In Central and Western Pa yesterday day.
A BIG one coming in 2019, because 2018's already came and went.
