I have read through this forum from time to time for the past 3 years. I see mainly sarcastic criticism of the company and its Sr. Leaders. I have always thought sarcasm is the ultimate tool for the weak minded individual to continuously bring negativity into an organization or personal relationship.
All I have to say is what would you honestly do if you could make change in this organization while growing margin and market share?
