- onx - thelayoff.com will only know who you are if you choose to log in and identify yourself. They do, however, know your IP address and can block it if you do something that they do not like. IBM could alert thelayoff.com and request them to remove certain posts. I suspect that this has happened a time or two.
Maybe the ibm sux guy is the moderator.
