No layoff. If anything, the employees will be marched outside and into the Manpower (or whatever contractor house qc decides to use) tent, and the qc employees will be converted to contractors. Think how much qc will save - no benefits, no need for year end bonus, AND best of all - qc won't have to give them severance packages! WIN/WIN!!! Mark my words.

Cm can’t execute on volume and high mix. Not what they do and not enough meat for them to commit
Maybe worth getting severance package package now , rather than riding this storm.
QuLcomm is not the same anymore.
Management buying time to get as much as they can. They are killing this company.
