Um the only people that come into stores are the lazy people with the dumb questions. They buy elsewhere then expect us to do all the set up for them, because " it's just easier if we do it".

vz mobile stores would close regardless of if merger happens or not. if 10 new cell companies popped up tomorrow, those stores would still be closing. cell phone penetration has peaked and people do not need to go into stores anymore for dumb questions.
