Ytd stock is down almost 10% pathetic
Stock is good.
In the market there are good days, and bad days.
Cash flow is great.
Net income per share is good.
Debt is being paid off.
What is the problem.

Not really - on the opposite, the competition is panicking, hence the merger agreement. AT&T is so behind in every strategic tier it's not even funny any more.
