Sp team leader abusiveness

Many team members at this certain location are quitting due to team leaders being emotionally Abusive. These team leaders need training. They are very self centered, egotistical and super c---y people. They aren’t even leaders.

Upon quitting, members have then know know how bad they are but nothing is being done. They need a whole new set of leaders at the Sedona store. That’s why everyone quits. No it’s not that we can’t handle it, it’s that the leadership there is HORRIBLE

Would be awesome for Amazon to come in and clear out the management (I won't call them leadership) who has been allowed to run off good team members over the years. People who only care about having a title and nothing about either their team or customers---sadly, far too many who saw being ATL/TL/STL and regional as being part of a club where they could abuse their positions.

They don’t need training they need to be fired no more nepotism. It’s pathetic how bad some people are in leadership but it’s ok because they are buddies with someone at corporate. Hopefully the good old days are over for them.
