Permira bought 51% for 900Million, sold that for. 2.5billion, and are buying back the whole company again for under 1billion. Remember that they weren't alone the first time.

@SXOlEbf-bod

The purchase price for SPVSS is not specified publicly yet anywhere. There are only rumors in the press that are based on other rumors previously published as to what Cisco wanted - $1B. They didn't get that price. It will be revealed publicly in the next quarterly financial filing (10Q) in all likelihood. If not, it will surely be in the FY year end 10K filing. Watch....it's in the neighborhood of $500m.

"$500 million was the purchase price, not $1 billion (which is what Cisco wanted)."

Where is it specified?
