This place is one big family/ high school reunion. If you got in based on skill you’re screwed. Management and their AA’s s---s especially in CEX. Molina fudges numbers to look good on paper and then blames front line staff when the numbers don’t add up. This is not only a company of nickels but a company of firefighter cause that’s all they do is run around with broken hoses to put out fires that were preventable. No one needs training because the errors will be covered up anyway.

Did layoffs happen in Long Beach first week of May? I heard Program Managers chopped.
That’s why we need to retire these legacy VPs. Why? Because the friends and family program is still going.

Molina Friends and Family deal still alive and well in Ohio... other VP"s making up their own rules to fit their needs... not of the employees or members. FAIL

Just like David defeated Goliath, hence forth not many days the unethical leaders will be defeated. Molina has the greatest opportunity to change lives, but they did not truly clean house during the layoff and it’s more of the same. As for me, I am taking rest in knowing God is in control. Trust, He will reward each evildoer for their works. When God moves and cleans house, I would not want to be an AVP, AA, MANAGER or anyone that had anything to do with the suffering of the frontline. Be patient and delight in the ways of God. God is working behind the scenes and we can trust Him even if we can’t trace Him.

You are correct. I’ve said it before and will say it again...the Molina’s may be gone- but the friends and family program is still very much alive. That’s why we need to dump these VPs.
I have to agree with the OP. In the many years I have worked for Molina, I spent more time distinguishing fires than creating forward momentum. So true.
