Jeff was nothing more than a cheerleader. An empty suit. Ursula was train wreck. Another empty suit. There has been poor leadership at this company for many years. It remains a good old boys/girls club, promotions based on whom you know. No forward vision. Managers at this company still manage like it was 1975. That's where the real problem exists. Everyone is afraid to say anything, because you will be labeled as negative and not a team player. No one at Xerox wants the truth, only want to hear what they want to hear. I worked there for close to 30 years and saw it first hand. These managers kept getting promoted to senior levels, and that's where we are today. These inept first line managers become senior managers and drove this iconic company into the ground. Xerox managers reading this, you know who you are.

I liked Jeff, he was at least more inspiring to employees than Ursula, who pretty much everybody hated.

I'm not confident that Icahn and his cronies will do anything good for employees. I fully expect a chop up and sell mentality from him.
