Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Our savior!

You people are all scared and upset. HAVE NO FEAR HUM IS HERE! Everyday at our store we all gather in the back room and pray to the almighty HUM. We have our demo on it's own throne, we rub it for good luck before each and every customer interaction. Hum will never let us down, it will save us all, you, me , Verizon, we will all be a ok. The mighty hum is here to make us smile in the bad times, it's the reason your DM says your ever unattainable quota is attainable. Hum for you, hum for me, hum for all. With a flash, a bolt of lightning and a bag to hide the fact that it was just slammed on an unsuspecting customer, hum is here to save us all !

HUM s---s. Our 2018 customers are aware of it as well... it was a bad idea & they all KNOW it.... The Pressure to sell this plastic piece of crap is pathetic! Verizon isn’t innovative at all. Just wasting everyone’s time, energy & causing unnecessary stress.

A few customers told me after my pitch, laughing...”I understand you have to show me & tell me about it, but I’m not putting that PIECE OF PLASTIC in my car. Cars are driving themselves these days... Why would I screw with that, with that AFTER MARKET thing?”

I died. Lol.

Enough Already with HUM Verizon. Bite the bullet, take that Loss (HUM deal) & go on to the next thing.

Crap!

Slamming a Hum is not selling ethically. You have better luck of finding gold at the end of the rainbow before you find a sales person selling a Hum with full disclosure. BTW on a side note your Hums are pieces of crap. They cause more problems and work half assed majority of the time.

@wow......once you connect with people and sell to their needs you find about one in a hundred are even interested in hum, almost all hums that leave my store are slammed on people to "save" them money or added to a business so that they " qualify" for a business discount. It's a pos product, at least half that qo out come back.

If you aren’t able to connect with people and confidently recommend a solution for their life, then you don’t belong at the well-paying job you have. Go work somewhere with fewer expectations and a lower wage.

"What’s wrong with you? If you have trouble selling hum why don’t you go work at Burger King. What a loser."

Spoken like a true brown noser. You almost sounded like a director or something at a meeting.

I feel like Wireless needs their own page here, this is Greek to me, wtf is Hum and who cares.

I miss the days when this board was focused on Enterprise and wireline, with credible information.

a feature they should consider on Hum is NastyTalk. lets say youre driving around alone and you are feeling a little racy, you can call hum and have them talk dirty to you.
