They should not give any Clink personnel any package. You clowns have been milking this for years
Ok, there is a big difference between voluntary LEAVE and Voluntary SEPARATION. Leave would imply you could come back. Mid-atlantic got that offer back in March. It included 26 weeks of unemployment also. Everyone that put in for it in my area got it. They were gone at the end of the pay period.
VSPP means if you leave now we wont lay you off later ....oh and please tell us your name ,position address ,email, supervisor so that they can fire you instead for violating your VSPP confidentiality agreement..
Voluntary separation. Vspp. Company pays you x amount of dollars per year of service. Maximum amount of 30,000. Plus any vacation and personal time. Option for cobra insurance.
