Check Oracle's Investor Relations website and select "Financial Reporting" and then "SEC Filings." As you can see, TK has filed three Form 4s over the past week. Now, why would he be selling all of these shares if the Company is about to take over the cloud??? He must have missed MH's comments on CNBC earlier this week. By the way, these share sales are not 10b5-1 transactions.
Maybe TK needs the dough to buy additional cloud washing machines.

It looks like he is cashing in on options. All at ~$40/share, cashed in for ~46/share.
It looks like there are 137843 + 300000 + 25600 + 57155 = 519798. For a $6 profit that would be just over $3M.
I think the sale could still have been triggered by a $46 price point?
Does he think the stock price will go down another 13.46% with the release of earning statements for next quarter? Does he think the price will be below $40 and he needs to cash in his options now before they go under water?

The 2 stooges and TK sell all the stock they can as soon as they can - have no confidence in oracle soon we’ll on the future. LE is the s---er who has to hold on to his stock, he has borrowed against it very extensively and is very concerned about margin calls.
