No Overtime for Outside plant period
Shifts 7-24 no choice given
Loaning people to different work areas constantly. Taken people away from their families weeks at a time.
Every measure taken so far it seems, is to break the union in 2019. Then hiring all contractors to do the work.
Customer is no longer a priority. Fios outages will be put off til next day to avoid paying overtime.
Its ok, for now. But once august 2019 approaches, i dont wanna hear about stupid sh1t like hums and oath! Then, the millenials will need to use the wireless board to complain about quotas and flip-phones.

Same old, same old. Nothing to see here. This has been going on for years. OT goes away and it comes back and it’s never for the reason you think. 30 years of this.

Yeah our ot was shut down in line for about 7-8 months it came back for 3weeks now shut down again..meet a contractor that does site surveys for VZ he said he has 80 plus jobs that have too get done otherwise VZ has to pay fines too n.y city..he said VZ just files for extensions in order not to pay the fines,he said they have so much work backed up he doesnt understand why they arent working guy 24/7...i dont think VZ cares if fios gets done or not,they have something up there sleeve...
yep going here in PA too. It seems they want everyone to hate it and quit.... Sad
