This whole situation is seriously messed up. We are so understaffed now that I get sent out to other departments constantly - which then leaves my department understaffed! Not to mention that we are all overworked when we have to run back and forth during a shift.
Members are leaving because there is nobody to help them, and I can't blame them. Won't be surprised to see us closed soon.
