Who makes the money??? Licensing... The entire reason why our licensing is able to 'PRINT' money for us is because of governments around the world gave us monopolies (supported by IP laws and regulations). JANA, Broadcom and others know this very well - and they are just fine with this noble gov approach... Hmmm, things do not add up...

Very good point, ARM model seems more reasonable and readily accepted globally.
Q model has been a source of conflict and legal challenges for a long time.
The world is much better off because ARM's business model continues to exist. The world will be even better off when Qualcomm's business model ceases to exist.
