I dont believe that verizon will fix any of their infastructure,boken,rotted poles in the backyards ,unsupported copper cable hanging low,on the ground, open splices everywhere in n.y,it would take years to fix cause it has been neglected for so long,construction techs driving old trucks,lack of tools ,this is some company ,multi billion doller company runs like a five and dime company,all the upper levels in this company blame the lower level,maybe they should look in the mirror and blame themselves.
Verizon will not spend the $$ fixing the copper or dsl or expand fios,they will cut their losses and sell the wireline ,that will probably be their way out since the govmt told them to fix their infastruture....
Verizon will not fix anything all smoke and mirrors ,they will delay and delay,the PSC should fine them everyday,their FIOS expansion in n.y .c is a joke,tons of jobs with no urgency to get them done,tons of saftey issues that they dont put people on until someone gets killed or seriously injured.. PSC should go out and investigate all unsupported hanging copper cable and unsafe conditions...

Agreed, Verizon always finds some way to not honor court rulings let alone some States Public Service Commission. They are masters at deception with the public and even their own employees. I would love to see just how many dollars each employee will actually see from Verizon's well public announcement of $2,500 for each employee. I bet they haven't seen a dime yet. And don't bother reading the fine print, they won't honor that either.

I think the company is waiting for their 5g ser to take off ,so they dont have to fix any of the copper or broadband stuff,they like to delay as long as they could
So when are they going to start working their guys to do all this fixing,you cannot even get incidental ot to finish your job,the director chews up the 2nd and 1st levels managers up if they ask for any extra time.so they dont even bother,64,000 double woods need to be taken down,they have no useful trucks,been asking for a drill ,cable doggs etc .tools to do the job properly,,for so long ,my boss just says borrow one from one of the other guys.lol its a joke,so most everybody says it is what it is,if you dont have the tool ,job just take that much more time to do,even supplies hard too find in my garage,supply person says they put order in and it gets denied by the director . billion doller company cannot get proper tools ,this cpmpany has turned into a joke
Well, that should have all the EWA's sleeping well tonight. I don't care what the few on here bragged about the money they made, it wasn't even close to being worth it. EWA from start to finish was hell, not fair and a disgrace to the company period.
