All eyes are watching. Executive Management and BoD you may still be voted out. If not this year, it will be next year. No more tolerance for under-performance. Perform or your out.

Why would any BoD or executive team resign - afterall they "saved" the company from BC.
Agree, Octane is gone now and time for complete replacement of the BOD and Management. Lets start fresh. We have great employees without captains.
Without their great work, Qualcomm will be eaten by Hock Tan. This is great achievement! They will get huge bonuses for sure. They should keep leading this company to make American safe.
Qualcomm should be subjected a complete auditing by an external 3 party company. The list of recommendations should be made public and the BOD should be held accountable till complete progress is made.
Institutional investors are losing their patience with the inept management team. They need some new blood that is not tied to the old rest and vest regime. PJ and SM made their millions while the company lost value. They need to move on and let a real management team come in and steer the ship off the rocks

It should be in next 6 months or by 2 earning. They ( new chairman) should report periodic progress as well.
I think, all management (SM + PJ) and board members will resign in a year or two based on their own ethics and integrity. Share-holders don't want them. Most employees don't like top and middle management. QCOM needs a soft reboot so that corrupted (and rusted) parts of the company can be thrown out.
Why? They got tenure for the rest of their life. Just keep on doing what they are doing.
