If you are NOT in good relation with your lead/manager, you will be laidoff.
Folks in their mid 30s to late 40s will be targeted.
If you are younger than 30 or older than 50, you will be safe.
Lists already created. If you think you will be affected, most likely you will be. So start looking now.
