might be better to get severance than getting nothing at all when it collapses?

New intraday low of $2.09! WFT stock getting soo close to that $2.00 mark. $1.99 and it is bye bye for sure. Anyone who thinks WFT can pull out a good earnings report is ludicrous. More sell off's of important product lines, more layoff will cost so much more in Severance costs and Non-Recurring Costs they will have to report on the Quarterly Earnings report in April or May. Q1-18 is going to report a horrible number with the full year still reporting a huge loss in cash flow. I can guarantee it...

Funny, the market is up today, O&G all up today, oil is up too. But WFT stock is mired @$2.29. Cant move 3 cents up. Most likely it is building cause to move down again. Take that last dive into sub $2 range. Which will be the beginning of the end. The slow death spiral into oblivion.

Here is another list of Insider sales. All sales, no buys in the last year, almost.

Looks like The Chief Accounting Officer started selling his shares in 2015. Preparation for quitting the company this year. That sounds like a crime to me, but what do I know?

If you look at the Insider Trading activity in January, take out the Acquisitions at zero cost. Those are Stock Bonuses to the board and executives. You only have left Selling going on by the insiders. Millions of dollars of sales. They know what is going on. And they were selling those shares in January right before the earnings announcement. They should be forced to hold the stock from now on. Until it goes to zero, or they start making better decisions.

Big selling going on today in WFT stock. Even with Oil pushing back up to $65. Expect to see big selling pushing the stock down to $1.50.

Very interesting Clause was added to the latest $600 million dollars bonds that were just completed at nearly 10 percent interest rate (junk). There is a new clause in there called, "Change of Control Triggering Event". Which explains that the bonds get paid back at 101% of the fave value in the case that WFT is sold, liquidated, etc..

Sold stock years ago when it was 17. Thought the price was low but was buying a house. Wow was I wrong. Steady decline from there. Where does it end?

What ever happened to the corvette crashing MORON ??. He is one example of the idiots that have taken this company down. Should have sent him back to Haliburton a long time ago.

Or could it be we are buying out stuff that manufacturing can't make in time or competitively priced? We can buy cheaper outside of the company so it fliffs the numbers to look better.
