Construction bosses in NJ are leaving Verizon and going to AC Electric. Third boss in the past two years is leaving....two in less than a year. Maybe they know something that we don’t.

Same mistreatment in the Northeast.
in house construction teams for centurylink, frontier and at&t being let go including engineers. industry moving to contractors for this work. more cost effective for telecom providers.
Reality is most 1st level bosses hate their jobs and are just hanging in there,smile when the director or vp 5 comes around and curse them when they leave,including myself.
Thinking they just know somebody you don't.
You forgot to mention 4 techs and 2 mechanics from pleasantville and manahawkin garages went to a.c electric in the last year !

In n.y also my last 2nd level was forced out by upper management he had 27 years on the job came up thru the ranks and was a great splicer back in the day,the next 2nd level is leaving this week i hear and also came up thru the ranks,seems that the directors and above dont know squat about field work and want to micro manage everybody under them,its crazy alot of 1st level cant manage cause the regime above them want to rule with an iron fist,most of the lower managers are just hanging in there hoping they dont get riffed,or replaced,its like the medevil times at verizon,i tell you the company never ran this way when ivan was around.sad state of affairs in v.z wireline..give me a eisp and im outtta here.there is a great disconnect in the management ranks in this company unbelieveable for a billion dollar company..
Same in PA,. Many 1st level positions are open. The way this regime treats their ,1st level foreman. It's no wonder.
The smart ones quit before they get fired!
