why would you join the cwa when you would be the first to be let go
Chandler will be the last to go. It is common knowledge more centers will be closed and converted to hba. Hba is a great solution to cut costs. Verizon is able to get rid of senior managers and a huge number of sups. Alpharetta, Chandler and Greenville will be the last to close. Eventually the will need less reps as automation And AI take over. Customers are being pushed to do everything they the verizon mobile app.
Some of the network people in Tempe are talking to the CWA, tired of being mis-managed and having zero recourse. Maybe they will reach out to Chandler CC (if they haven’t already). The southwest states are all right to work so not sure where it will go.
