Someone mentioned that EUS is going to be outsource. Heard today that the NE market was told that IBM will be purchasing the EUS group.
Hopefully there will be packages offered to employees who don't wish to go from being a career employee to a contractor overnight.

I'm in Northeast Market EUS and wasn't told of any IBM deal for outsourcing. I'd like to know who in the management team disclosed this information. If true, odd that it was not disclosed to all. I have heard rumblings of an April announcement that will have great impact on EUS.
I hope the rumor of packages for those who want to leave will be reality come April.

Suggest you get your resumes ready folks....The dismantling is continuing....Most everyone is saying they are waiting for a package...don't count on that. Start making moves now before your left hanging with nothing. They are changing everything to be handled by someone else other than internally, mainframes to IBM, mail to Google, servers to AWS, its happening, now EUS to IBM, don't ignore the signs.
