Option 1 - drive 6 miles to Sams. Search for a parking spot and, when I finally find one, walk 200 yards to the store. When I get back (assuming I'm not held up in the parking lot) I find my car dinged. Inside the store, I'm navigating some giant shopping cart around screaming kids (some mine, many not) and having my senses accosted by wild scents, crazily dressed shoppers and bad music.
Option 2 - find the same stuff online. Possibly cheaper. Click on a few links in my pj's while sipping a Macallan (and get informed about the pros and cons of each purchase by similarly minded consumers) then have everything delivered to my front doorstep.
Which do I choose????
Sam's club will be next thanks to Gisel. Our shrink will be so high we will no longer be profitable!
This has been coming for some time and did not happen overnight. Sorry, but have you been to a Toys R Us lately? Way overpriced and understaffed.
