What are you talking about.
I will be getting my form tomorrow to opt in or out. What ever I decide I am screwed 29 years with the company, 50 years old. Even if I could hold on another 5 years and that won’t happen as the job will be eliminated by then. I will have to settle for the miserable excuse of a pension you get at 55. If I opt out I lose 6 weeks of vacation and start a new job with zip and go on Obamacare as most places that I would be forced to work at would not offer benefits. Very depressing and upsetting for me as I have no back up spouse or rich uncle to go to. I think the people that do chose to opt in will have one miserable job because that’s the way they want it.

What department are you referring too that announced layoffs?
