Did anyone ever get the numbers for ad services ?
Staff reduction varies from location to location but it will be roughly a 20% reduction enterprise wide. Facilities will become a vendor solution with essentially one SF associate as a Project Manager. Overall they are switching to a service delivery model where you’ll see a merge of functions and associates doing work spanning TS, BS, some Facilities, etc; essentially no more separate units. This will impact first line management greatly...
So Mr./Mrs. I was in the meeting why don’t you correct all of us with the appropriate information then?

I was in the meeting.. there were two meetings actually.. and 99% of what is commented here is flat out wrong...
So who will be left? Just Jenny? What groups remain internal and which are outsourced?

Where did the 80% number come from? I know people who were in the meeting and no numbers or percentages were given.
Keep hearing they are going to outsource Ad Services work. A friend worked there until last fall and left because he saw the writing on the wall based on a reduction in routine maintenance schedules and other quality cuts. Cleaning and Yard/garden work has been outsourced for years. So sorry for all these people.
Maintenance in hubs is not done by SF employees...
Maintenance employees in hubs fix desks, chairs, move cubes..they don't do any building maintenance because the building does not belong to SF
Maintenance employees in Bloomington do maintenance work and repair office equipment
Hubs folks must 7ecompete for their jobs and Large Op Centers can compete for those same jobs if willing to move to a hub. No severance offers for anyone in a hub unless an offer not extended by qtd date.......Most Oct 31.
What about those in the Hubs do they get to keep their positions? Are more roles moving to the Hubs?
So that leaves no one for maintenance then.... how many years can a boiler go without maintenance??? Guess we can all just count on no heat in the winter. Hope candles are an approved light source because we're going to need them. I don't want to even think about water or sanitary items.
