Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Sears 1720 is happy at last

That waste of air, SGM Tim is now gone. The remaining employee are all smiles these days, moral has increased ! Finally able to go into that store without pure hate in my heart. Not sure if the posts on here about him helped but thanks to all to help get rid of that waste of air out of the sears 1720.... and out of the company all together.

@6poi, well said. I am not a close or personal friend of Tims but have known him for over 20 years. I had occasionally worked in his stores and never saw any inappropriate behavior. In a job like his, there is going to be stress so I think yes, sometimes we don't show our best side. It's funny, I was thinking to myself it would be a good, eye opening experience for OP to sit in that sgm position for a while. I hope he never has personality clashes with anyone who has control over weather he has a job or not.

@6poi - Sycophants are equally “Creepy” as well. I can just imagine what it would be like to work with someone like you.

There is only one word that describes a person that is so obsessed with making false accusations/statements about a leader who achieved one of the highest Census Survey Scores in the Nation and was always known as a man with integrity at SHC. That word is “Creepy”

Tim always treated his employees with dignity and respect. You clearly need to seek help to get control over the amount of hatred you continue to spew about this man. I can just imagine what it would be like to work with someone like you.

you seem to have all the answers, did you post for the SGM Position? If not, don’t you think it’s time to move on? Like I said “Creepy”

I hope you are never put in the situation you have put Tim in. You seem very proud of your self.

My store has gone through six managers in my eight years here. (There won't be a ninth year - company will be gone, or I'll go back to being retired). Every time one leaves, we're all happy. Then the next one comes in and makes us long for the old one. It's just one of the many signs of Sears getting worse.

They are going to send a sm who thinks they are there to "fix" the store and the people. He is going to come in as a hard a-- and be very denmanding? You managers and employees are in for an eye opening experience.

They will probably bring in a store manager that is worse than your last sm

Don’t forget. The grass isn’t always greener. I prayed everyday they they would send our sm away or she would retire. Then out on nowhere she left and I thought life would be great. Everyone was so happy for away a month, then we got our new sm. He was so much worse, half the store left. Sometimes the replacement isn’t any better. Good luck.

Well if that person leaving has improved employees' morals, then there is nothing wrong with that.
