Terrible place. Horrible culture. Too much wasted time on cumbersome process, people hiding behind email, and a far too rigid structure to really care about and sell to customers. Oracle stock may finally be out of the toilet (until the shell game of moving traditional dollars to 'cloud' dollars is over), but Oracle has lost its way and forgotten they are there to serve their customers and associates.

Companies take on the personality of their leaders. In oracle’s case that means cheap, petty and arrogant.

The best place to work if you want to learn how to comit cloud fraud - useful experience I hear that you may be able to take with you to other software companies struggling to make the transition to cloud
