Withhold all you want retail investors. you are ankle biters. 8.3 million shares voted white per proxy recommendation according to NYT. Parnassus Endeavor mutual fund.

As employee and shareholder - I was alarmed by BCRM bid.
That said, the company performance (both financial and technical) leaves a lot to be desired.
I cannot support the current board/managements.
Will be voting 'withhold'. I hope some large institutions do likewise and find exec replacements to better lead the great talent we have.
