Here is what you really need to do to Save the Company, and because as I write this on behalf of many, I will give you the benefit of assuming however occasionally misguided , you are not intending the wreck the Company. However, let me share with you what all of the CM's , Management Teams, and any of our Associates do know, the enemy is within, it is the Market Managers and their counter parts ! Let me assure you they are not respected, they are not looked to for guidance and Leadership. Why you ask? Because they are incompetent. They could not run Clubs and if they ever have, they are not in real world scenarios. There are a small handful who are professional and respectful. The overwhelming majority are horrible. They are not Leaders, do not possess either the aptitude, or skills to run a Club, much less a Market. They are ignorant of our Core beliefs. They lie. They lie to you, and they lie to the Teams. You cannot go to them with a problem , because they assume you are the problem and most CM's will not go to them unless its absolutely necessary. Too big an issue to hide.

They have no integrity, and they brutalize the Club Teams. They operate by Fear and intimidation.

Here's how you get to the real Truth. Not the lies they fed you. You find a way to talk to Mangers on board, displaced, those who left over a year, maybe two. Ask why turnover could possibly be what it is in some Clubs and some Markets. Talk to the ASM's treated like Pawns. A Market Manager actually used that term referring to the sorting process in a conversation. Because they did not even have the mental capacity or decency to appreciate what was said, the company will dump its pawns out on the table and sort it out.,,!, yup this guy works for you! He represents you! He represents us, our Company. Now get on those Jets, find out who is giving your tail numbers out, the heads up to the Cronies. Come hit the Metro Clubs in the tough Markets. Come see who could deliver and who can execute standards. Be sure you take a good long look at who was assigned where. The history of cronies and incompetents and buds taken care of. People given Fresh jobs with out a days experience or willingness to do much of anything. Look at well rounded experienced people who were not offered opportunity , discarded, Coached for absolute nonsense, unfairly, unevenly , judging a standard for each Club depending on who is running it. Team, we All Know this true, why don't you?

Look at the MM with high turnover poor execution scores, MX Voices, daily standards and process .

Do visit them with extreme prejudice you will not believe how awful conditions are,mw hen they have no clue your coming . They are the very problem in the company. Look at their teams building Clubs at remained badly run again and again. I trust you will figure it quick. Because if you don't they will destroy your credibility, and wreck what is left of Sam's Club. You are the only people to save our Club Teams, Members and Associates from these people. You will deal with them, quickly and their incompetent minions. Remember Metro Clubs, Complex Markets. You will find they are truly a disgrace to the Position , provide nothing to the Teams, and are a disgrace to the great accompany we could be ! I hope you are taking this to heart , and go get them out of position. Before we do not have a Company left to save!

Our market manager used to be the CM at my club. Nothing is ever good enough and we will never be as good as the team was back when they were the CM. It’s a losing battle for our club every time market shows up.

The open door policy is not followed through correctly, because it is true from the response. They will let you go if you go above anyone beyond Club level.

We have learned that if you call a market manager to let them know about something going on in the club that shouldn't be. they only call your GM and then your chances of being fired are going to be 100%.

United for hourly to salary. While CEO riding bikes and interviewing others, perhaps standing side by side on Club level will give the confidence of a company going in the right direction. Why is this company broken in many levels, while YBM doesn’t consider the truths of the company and hide with smiles. It’s sad that hourly associate don’t shop at the Club, cause the reality they can’t afford it. Not saying that pay is a major thing, but it discourages other associates seeing progression in other departments like fresh. I know financials and statistics, but I understand the most important part of the job and that’s the human emotion and confidence to be better. My Degree has taught me, but the associates have taught me more. Any company can progress when it decides to put the employee first and I assure you customer service will excel and members will come. I encourage all hourlys to network and stay together and I promise it will get better. Stand to tall and managers will support when the talk becomes reality.- Not A Receiving Clerk
