This will all end with a giant hiring spree... We can’t give the service now, how are they gonna do it with less people. They will end up hiring people T a less wage when it is all over with. Corporate Greed. Too bad they don’t value all of the long term employees they have devoted themselves for years and now it is see ya. People don’t come to work. Tons on attendance and performance memos and who will get the boot the long term dedicated non performance issue apparently non valued employees

Of course they will...but it will be in cheap labor (you get what you pay for) states like AZ, TX and GA. Very sad.
At some point firing will stop and hiring will begin. You over overshoot on your way up, the same applies to any way down you have to deal with
