Seems the changes MT is making are the right ones if you're the kind of people SF's getting rid of.
Entitled? I often work 12 hour days and usually six days a week. I don't see my family for weeks at a time and when I do it's for a few days. Yes, I signed up for this, no I'm not looking for sympathy. I'm just showing what a schmuck you are. You have no idea what is/isn't necessary for the success of this company. You claim to have a blue collar position, yet you walk from meeting to meeting 10-12 hours a day... Exactly who is the one who is entitled here? I'm out in heat, cold, wind, rain, disaster areas etc, yet you walk from meeting to meeting in your precious climate controlled environment and I'm entitled? Your troll is showing as you talk out of both sides of your mouth.
PS: Who do you think approved those 4 IT projects that go nowhere over the last couple of years? Yeah, your hero and his ilk. The same ones that are taking the very basis and foundation of this company (since your so busy in meetings, I'll spell it out for you, it's Customer Service) and flushing it in order to cut labor costs, because they can't file for a rate increase based on labor expenditures, but they can over indemnity costs.
