But vote withhold for directors. Vote for PJ if you want to flip the bird. Send a message. Board members who fail to get a majority are required to tender their resignation. The Board can reappoint them and probably will, but they will know they are on notice. FWIW, you can't sack the Board this way. If all directors must resign, it will happen one at a time, with immediate reappointment. But imagine the impact on their reputation.

OP here. No astroturfing, just a holder of RSUs and ESPPs who has lost patience with corporate looting and bad management. Ultimately the board is accountable for this. For me, this is the time to hold them to account. I'm hoping others are of like mind.

Personally I am only going to vote for PJ. The entire BOD are responsible for the trouble we are in, and the layoffs we’ve endured. They are more than willing to let PJ fall on his sword, then pull the rug out from under him. Classless. Two faced. Shame on them. They don’t deserve our votes. It’s time for them to climb down off Mt. Olympus and take responsibility with PJ.
