scheduling program

Has anyone else noticed that if you butt heads with management, the scheduling program cuts hours? I'm Full-time, and looked at my hours for the recent schedule and noticed i was only schedule 24 hours. I talked to my CM, and he blamed it on the "program".... shouldn't the "program" know that I am Full-Time???? We are always told "the schedule is not finished!!!", i thought the whole point of the "program", was to do it all???

If your full time and don't have open availability or will cut you to part time until your gone or open it back up.

If the manager/TL doesn’t key in their schedules on time. It will automatically generate and depending on your availability and other factors.. to put it blunt, the program doesn’t give a —- it just fills gaps

I've helped my manager when it comes to schedules and I know exactly how it works. The only reason the system would short a full timer hours would be either: 1-availability, 2-its a holiday week, and 3-the department has too many full timers for what the demand calls for

If it is Easter week, remember that SAM’S Club is closed on Easter Sunday. So if you normally work

onSunsay , you will be off. It will not give you another day during the week to work. Remember, we are only open for business 6 days that week and it is not going to schedule

7 days of wages.

I've seen associates with open availability get shorted hours when the schedule generate. Anyways what's the big deal let the club manager know about your hours and they'll fix it.

Full time stop changing your availability and maybe it would generate full hours, but when you change it so you don’t work weekends then it might not schedule you a full schedule.

If you butt heads with management they will do anything to ensure you are gone soon. And our Company has a zero tolerance policy for retaliation. That BS. Seen them do this for many years now. Open door doesn't exist either. They will run and tell every manager in the building trust me. If you call HO all they do is call your Club Manager and give them your name and tell everything you have told them. No winning with Sams Club
